INGREDIENTS
8 ounces canned Spanish oil-packed tuna drained
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons minced red onion
1 stalk celery finely diced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 leaves iceberg lettuce
4 slices soft white bread
STEPS
1) Combine tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.
2) Serve mixture on bread with lettuce.
