It\u2019s easy to customize to comply with your dietary needs (Paleo, vegan, etc.)!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Servings: 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">1 cup milk (almond milk, cashew milk, whole milk, coconut milk, etc.)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">2 Tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u00bd teaspoon pure vanilla extract<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">pinch fine sea salt<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">\u00bc cup chia seeds<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Optional toppings: fresh berries, sliced bananas, nut butter, extra maple syrup or honey, etc.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">STEPS<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Bowl Method:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">1) In a large bowl, whisk together milk, honey vanilla and sea salt until combined (it\u2019s easier to incorporate honey if the milk is room temperature).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">2) Add chia seeds and whisk to combine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">3) Place the large bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 30 minutes, stirring once halfway through.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">4) Transfer mixture into 2-4 glass jars with lids.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">5) Chill overnight in the refrigerator, or for at least 8 hours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">6) Once chilled, serve plain or with desired toppings.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Blender Method:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">1) Blend starting on low speed and gradually increasing to high, until the mixture is smooth.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Chill &amp; Serve:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">1) Transfer mixture to jars and chill overnight, or for at least 8 hours. Serve.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">NOTES<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #000000;\">Note on Honey. If you like a sweet chia pudding, you can use up to 4 Tablespoons of honey.
