INGREDIENTS<\/span><\/p>\n

8 ounces canned Spanish oil-packed tuna drained<\/span>
\n1\/4 cup mayonnaise<\/span>
\n3 tablespoons minced red onion<\/span>
\n1 stalk celery finely diced<\/span>
\n1\/8 teaspoon salt<\/span>
\n1\/4 teaspoon black pepper<\/span>
\n2 leaves iceberg lettuce<\/span>
\n4 slices soft white bread<\/span><\/p>\n

STEPS<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Combine tuna, mayonnaise, red onion, celery, salt, and black pepper, stirring well.<\/span><\/p>\n
