Cook, whisking constantly, until sauce has thickened and begins to bubble, 3 to 4 minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">Add cheeses:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">1) Gradually add Gruy\u00e8re and Cheddar, whisking constantly, allowing each addition to melt and become incorporated before adding more.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">Add remaining ingredients, and serve:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000; font-size: 14pt;\">1) Whisk in Worcestershire sauce and dry mustard until smooth. Transfer mixture to a fondue pot; cover and keep warm.
