A long-standing “local legend” in the Acadia Parish region. Opened on August 1, 1986, it began as a simple setup with a few picnic tables outside. The original daily lunches were cooked by “MawMaw Bea,” focusing on basics like burgers, po-boys, and boiled crawfish. Over 30 years later, it has expanded into a larger building with a full dining room and bar to accommodate its growing fan base.
