Le Gabriel is a Three-MICHELIN-Starred restaurant located within the luxurious La Réserve Paris hotel, a 19th-century Napoleon III-style mansion.

The kitchen is led by Chef Jérôme Banctel, who earned the prestigious third Michelin star in 2024. His cuisine blends his Breton roots with global influences, particularly techniques and flavors from Japan and Turkey.

Key dining options include:

“Virée” Menu: A tribute to the Chef’s native Brittany, featuring regional fish, seafood, and vegetables.

“Périple” Menu: A global journey inspired by his travels, often incorporating unique techniques like cooking in limewater discovered in Turkey.

Seasonal Game Menu: Offered during hunting season to showcase rich, earthy flavors.

Lunch Menu: A more accessible four-course option typically priced around €98.

Ambiance & Atmosphere – Designed by Jacques Garcia, the restaurant exudes “old-school” Parisian elegance.

Setting – An intimate room with only about nine to ten well-spaced tables, providing an exclusive and quiet environment.
