Established in 1995 by locals T-Boy and Laurie Berzas, T-Boy’s Slaughterhouse and Meat Market has now expanded to include T-Boy’s Boudin and Cracklins in Eunice Louisiana, T-Boy’s Cajun Seasonings, and now T-Boy’s Boudin Online. This family-run business began as a small slaughterhouse in Evangeline Parish in South-Central Louisiana and continues to serve up quality Cajun products with a special flare for customer service. Made with only the freshest meats and highest quality ingredients, T-Boy’s Boudin has been making local and visiting Cajuns happy for more than 26 years.
