The Food & Wine Classic in Aspen is the official website for one of the world’s most prestigious culinary festivals. Often described as the “granddaddy of them all,” this event has served as the premier gathering for the food and beverage industry for over 40 years. The site serves as a central hub for attendees to purchase passes, view the weekend schedule, and learn about the star-studded lineup of celebrity chefs, winemakers, and industry experts. Beyond the Aspen flagship, the platform also provides information on the newer Food & Wine Classic in Charleston.

The event itself is a high-altitude, three-day celebration held annually in mid-June at the base of Aspen Mountain in Colorado. It features over 40 intensive cooking demonstrations and wine seminars, but the centerpiece is the Grand Tasting Pavilion, where more than 200 brands offer elite wine, spirits, and gourmet bites. Attracting approximately 5,000 attendees, the festival is a mix of educational sessions led by icons like Bobby Flay and Maneet Chauhan, exclusive parties, and networking for hospitality professionals through the American Express Restaurant Trade Program. The 2026 Classic is scheduled for June 19–21.
